POINT BLANK BODY ARMOR CERTIFIED ISO 9002 COMPLIANT BY UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT

Oakland Park, Florida Point Blank Body Armor, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of DHB Capital Group Inc., (OTC: DHBT), Carle Place, NY, was certified ISO 9002 compliant today by the United States Government.

Captain Robert Williams, U.S. Navy, Commander of Defense Contract Management in Orlando, Florida, and Roger Hoyle, Government Quality Assurance Representative assigned to Point Blank Body Armor awarded the compliance certification today to Point Blank President Sandra Hatfield.

"Being ISO 9002 compliant proves you have the systems and controls in place, which when followed, assure a quality product," said Captain Robert Williams.

"ISO 9002 is a prestigious certification and an ongoing achievment that demonstrates Point Blank's ability to consistently provide top quality products with unsurpassed customer service," stated Point Blank President Sandra Hatfield.

"This is just the beginning of the journey," said Wayne Kolbeck, Quality Assurance Director for Point Blank Body Armor. "This journey has no destination; we must now strive to continue the quality of this certification from here on out. This proves our ability to supply armor that conforms to customers expectations," Kolbeck concluded.
